As the Project Manager for your project we will ensure that works are completed on time, and within budget.
We will work closely with architects, surveyors and engineers to ensure all relevant goals and deadlines are met.

It is our job to plan the building process. We will produce a critical path and understanding for the timing of each stage of the build. Following each phase of the project is essential to ensuring that the project is completed on time.
All building projects will require resources such as bricks and mortar, tools and basic amenities. It is our responsibility to understand what these are and ensure they are available.
We will be responsible for recruiting the tradesmen and labourers, and allocate tasks to their managers. We will hire suitable contractors to complete the work. We understand, at which stage of the process each trade will need to be onsite.
We will measure the projects benchmarks to monitor progress, this will allow us to identify whether or not the project is on target to finish on time and within budget.
We will be responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of your project. We continually forecast, and keep you informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously.
